Returns to Pet Supplies 'N More
We will gladly accept returns for merchandise purchased through our online store within 30 days of receipt.
If you intend to return an item you're purchased from us, please ensure that your item is still in new condition, including all packaging and tags and is free of any pet hair. Return shipping (to us) is to be paid by the customer.
Your return will be accepted within 30 days of receipt for either an exchange or a full refund of your purchase price. Shipping costs are non refundable.
Please contact us prior to sending your return so that we can process your request and provide you with your return details including your return authorization number.
